Experience
- Previous vehicle accessories assembly is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Have proven mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Operating Shear, brake, saws and basic hand tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physically fit and be able to lift, bend and stand for a complete shift
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Able to drive a fork lift
- Be capable of lifting 50lb
Not required but a definite asset:
Experience with installing 12v electrical lighting/ inverters/ backup alarms and 12v electrical problem solving
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- As a Van & Truck Equipment Accessories Assembler you will assemble partitions, shelving, ladder racks, custom cabinets/ draw systems, mount components for commercial vehicles
- Potential for career progression in to vehicle installations
- Interpret and follow detailed assembly instructions
- Customize various panels to fit design specifications
- Operate: Shear, brake, saws and basic hand tools
- Be capable of lifting 50lb
YOUR WAGE & HOURS
- Hours of work: 7:00 am — 3:30 pm Monday – Friday
- Wage: Dependent upon experience with a 3-month review. $20 - $27
